Myotherapist
Jess founded Muscle Care Myotherapy in 2011.
Her exceptional skills have been honed through diverse experience including elite sporting clubs and 17 years of clinical practice.
Under her direction, the clinic prides itself on an outcome focused approach to treatment. Using extensive knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and pain science to target and identify the underlying causes of pain to achieve consistent, long term results.
Giving people the capacity and education to help themselves.
As well as a deep care for her patients, Jess is dedicated to the myotherapy profession and sits as a current director of the Myotherapy Association Australia board.
